Subject: A local organization is teaching
Dear John Stevens,
Cache Valley Area Investors Association is committed to teaching
If people learn the right mentality and approaches to investing, they can be successful in what they desire. People should be able to spend their time doing something they love, not just a job that provides an income. Passive Income largely makes this possible. Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) has taken the initiative to teach people how to put their money to work. CVAIA embraces the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and Law of Exchange. They practice the methods found in the ideologies of books including Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy Barber, The Millionaire Next Door, Atlas Shrugged, The Automatic Millionaire, and The Secret. CVAIA began in August 2007 and now has members from many geographical locations and from all walks of life. The members come together with the same belief: that education mitigates the risks of investing.
Sincerely,

Logan Resident Teaches Financial Philosophies to the Masses
A local organization provides a forum for financial discussions, education and practice.
LOGAN, Utah – Cache Valley now has a community resource that will help residents invest their money effectively. Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) is the first non-profit investment consulting organization of its kind in the Logan area.
Their goal is to give opportunities to people from all walks of life by helping them get financial independence. The organization operates according to simple financial philosophies to help participants make their money work for them. “We want to give everyone the chance to capitalize on philosophies which have made the wealthy money for years” says President Parker.
Investing in stocks and real estate is a daunting process to the inexperienced. One of the CVAIA’s philosophies is that education mitigates risk, the CVAIA hopes to remove the intimidation factor by educating people on how to invest wisely.
The system is focused on creating what is called “passive income” for individuals. Passive income is income that is generated with little to no effort put forth by the investor. This is achieved through investment in stocks and real estate.
The CVAIA holds meetings every other Thursday at 7:00 in the Cache County Camber of Commerce. Apart from educating the public about investing, these meetings give participants opportunities to network and build relationships with people who share their interest in business.
